At Ladyeclat, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We ensure that our dedicated QC and QA teams inspect all items before shipment. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, it is important that you carefully and accurately check your size before purchasing. Please refer to the size chart on the product page for precise measurements.
Returning items at Ladyeclat is as easy as 1-2-3! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a full refund. We want to make sure you have a great shopping experience. Please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the items to initiate the return process.
Return Process

Contact us at service@ladyeclat.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to return, along with the reason for your return. Please include photographs if there are any quality issues with the items. - Take Suggestions
Our customer service team will provide professional suggestions and detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return. - Return the Goods
Once you have received instructions, carefully place the item(s) in the original packaging and return them via your local post office. - Refund or Exchange
After we receive your returned items, we will immediately process your refund or exchange based on our return conditions.
Important Notes
We do not accept returns for items that are sent back without prior notification via email to service@ladyeclat.com. The return address on the parcel is not the correct return address. Please contact our customer service team to provide the correct address. Returns sent without an authorized return address from our customer service staff will not be refunded. Clearance items (e.g., items marked with "Clearance" or "Clearance" in the title) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Items Eligible for Return/Refund or Exchange
You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order if they meet the following criteria:
- Faulty items: Damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.
- Incorrect items: Items received in the wrong size or color.
- Unwashed, unworn, and unused items: Items that do not meet your expectations, as long as they are in unused condition, with the original packaging, and returned within 14 days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items under the following conditions:
- Items returned after the 14-day warranty period.
- Items that have been washed, worn, used, or misused.
- Items from the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie, and items marked with "Clearance".
Delivery & Shipping Times
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of being placed. Processing time may be affected by the stock status of individual items, national holidays, etc. Please note that we only process orders on business days (Monday-Friday). Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Shipping times vary by country and region, and we are working to improve delivery times for all countries.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 7-15 business days. - If You Haven’t Received Your Refund
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance. - Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages. Any additional costs, such as customs taxes, VAT, or return shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. This includes any costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend that you carefully check the size information and confirm all your order details before placing your order to avoid return issues. - Return Address
Please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address before returning any items. - Tracking Your Return
We recommend using the cheapest registered airmail method for returning items. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
- Order Cancellation within 24 Hours
You can receive a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket via Contact Us to request cancellation. - Order Cancellation after 24 Hours
Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded as a partial refund. - No Cancellations After Shipment
We cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already been shipped. Please follow our return process if you wish to return an item.
