What is the status of my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your order.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. If your order status is "preparing for shipping," "shipping," or "delivered," we cannot accept any changes to the order.

Do you offer a 3 or 4-time payment option?
Yes, we accept the 3-time payment option.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North & Central America, Europe, and Oceania, offering payment options via PayPal and Credit Card.
How long does it take to ship my order?
After placing your order, it generally takes 3 to 7 days to process. Shipping time will depend on the delivery method selected at checkout.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor the status of your order.
What if I'm not home?
If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will either reschedule delivery for the next day or contact you to arrange a new delivery date. In some cases, you may be asked to collect your package from your local post office if it couldn’t be delivered.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased through our online store.
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?

Are returns free?
